I’m looking at getting a new set of irons and was thinking of getting the custom fitted. Golfsmith has a decent deal going right now on trade-in when you purchase a set of clubs over 0 (which new irons will easily cost me). So I figured I would get the custom fitting done at Golfsmith. Has anyone had any experience with the fittings at Golfsmith? Would you recommend them for custom fittings?

1I can say they are the best of the big chain retailers at custom fitting. They will walk through the process with you and listen to you instead of just trying to force something on you. Generally their club-fitter are experienced and know what they are doing.

2I very well recommend you golfsmith’s custom fitting system. They are very knowledgable, it is easy to do, it’s just great.

3I have custom golf clubs at http://www.gogolftown.com , I don’t the different between golfsmith and goglftown , but I feel gogolftown.com ’s golf clubs is good , myabe next I will be custom at golfsmith .
