I have an offer to buy a set of brand new clubs for an extremely low price, the only difference is that these clubs were made in china, supposedly by PING. Is this true? Does PING make Chinese clubs, are they gonna work the same as if I buy them at an American retail store?

1They’re knock offs…..There’s not going to be much difference in the irons. The quality of the Driver/Woods knockoffs vary much more from the actual Ping clubs.
If there is a big enough savings, it still maybe worth the savings, the Driver/woods may not last as long.
I make clubs, I bought a Ping knockoff driver head two years ago, I am replacing it this year as the knockoff club has large dents in the sole.

3Ping clubs are made in Scottsdale Arizona. The Rapture series components come from China but are assembled in Arizona. Ping does not make anything in China. If this is a Chinese product it is counterfeit and not Ping.
