I am 16 years old. I think getting fitted golf clubs would most likely help me a lot, but I do not think I am done growing yet. If I got them fitted for me and I grew would i have to get them fitted again? Or are you able to fit the same clubs more than once? Also, how much does it cost to have them fitted?

1You should be fitted now. Fitting golf clubs is not about how tall you are, but rather matching the loft and lie of the club to your swing plane so that you get more consistent striking of the ball on the center of the face, and more accurate shots. Unless your swing changes dramatically as you grow you won’t need to be refitted.

3However, let’s just say for instance that you grow several inches after having the clubs fitted and now the clubs are too short. What can be done is to add a shaft extension to the butt of the club which will make the clubs longer.
