How durable are sets of golf club iron?

they always break or have problems that would be droped on concrete allowed.

I doubt that you will never break the iron club head. If you have graphite shafts, which can break, but it is very difficult to do. I've seen club heads pop off because the epoxy does not keep them on the tree, but you can always stick back.
