Posted by Clubmaker as Custom Fit Golf Clubs
I’ve never been fit for golf clubs. I am 4 handicap. How much will it improve my game? Whats the pricing range? Can my present irons be fitted for me? I wouldn’t want to give up my Mizuno MP-67s for anything. Thank you

1about 40 – 50 dollars, but you could go into a shop and say youre going to buy their clubs and just get the specifications and say ill come back later and not buy their clubs lol if you buy the clubs you usually get free fitting.

2An expert club maker can give you longer or shorter shafts and adjust the lie angle of the sole of your clubs as needed. This in my opinion is risky because you never know who is gonna mess up your clubs.
I suggest get fitted with the specifications you feel are perfect then order them through a legitimate manufacturer like mizunos corporate office. These will be machined made or guaranteed to be right from a real expert plus they will be brand new.

3go to golfsmith and the fitting is free when you join the players club, which is free. Reshafting I think is 18.00 per club, so it could be pricey to redo a set.
